Description

The Senior Diversity and Inclusion Professional develops, implements, and evaluates diversity/equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action programs to ensure compliance with government legislation and organization goals. The Senior Diversity and Inclusion Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Senior Diversity and Inclusion Professional creates learning and development content and provides training, coaching and best practices for employees and managers on issues related to diversity, inclusion and cultural competence. Has a role in influencing I&D strategy and direction at the enterprise and organizational level. Determines the efficiency and effectiveness of the EEO data system. Prepares employment trend reports related to the utilization of the job market in employment practices.. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Responsibilities within this role are:


Facilitating leader and team brainstorming sessions, planning engagements and internal training
Collaborating with team and partners to incorporate data-driven analysis of inclusive and culturally competent performance
Committing to projects and conducting inclusion/cultural competence needs analysis with clients to identify and develop relevant solutions
Analyzes learning needs and partners with subject matter experts to provide input for course content. Writes effective learning objectives and coordinates performance assessments to measure training effectiveness.
Using independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action
Proactively identifying gaps, mitigating issues and problem solving, often without direction


Required Qualifications


3 or more years of demonstrated experience in inclusion and diversity
2 or more years of experience conceptualizing, developing, implementing and integrating inclusion and diversity focused programs, learning and professional development
Demonstrated ability to connect the dots end-to-end and focus on simplifying processes and experiences for leaders and associates
Strong presentation, facilitation and written/verbal communication skills
Ability to oversee projects from inception to completion
Ability to interface with multiple levels of the organization and to serve as an influence leader and a team player
Proven ability to break down silos, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and leverage resources and opportunities across the enterprise
Proven ability to work with highly confidential information
Strong skills using Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences


Preferred Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree
Experience with crowd sourcing and/or survey tools
Experience using data and analytics tools and resources to drive interventions and program creation


Additional Information

As a WAH associate, you will be required to work from your own home and no other location. In order to qualify, you must have a room in your home designated as a home office; away from high traffic areas where confidential information may be secured.
